Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, jalapeño, and red bell pepper.
Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice to the bowl.
If desired, drizzle honey over the mixture for a touch of sweetness.
Gently toss all the ingredients together until evenly mixed.
Season with salt and pepper to your preference and mix again.
