Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more coconut water or almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
If you'd like a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend until fully crushed and incorporated.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more honey if desired.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
