fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Instructions
In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until well incorporated.
Once your mixture is smooth, toss in the graham cracker crumbs and pulse the blender a few times to mix them in without fully breaking them down.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Pour the smoothie into glasses, and garnish with extra strawberries, a dollop of whipped cream, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top.
