Ingredients

3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

2 tablespoons butter, melted

6 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or gruyère)

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Hash Brown Crust: In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns with melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Crust: Press the hash brown mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie dish or quiche pan to form a crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.

Prepare the Filling: While the crust is baking, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in a mixing bowl. Add in shredded cheese, chopped spinach, cherry tomatoes, and green onions. Stir to combine well.

Assemble the Quiche: Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and pour the egg mixture into the crust, spreading it evenly.

Bake the Quiche: Place the quiche back in the oven and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is slightly golden.

Cool and Serve: Allow the quiche to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. This helps it set further for easier serving.
