1.5lbsboneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
2piecesred bell peppers, sliced
2piecesyellow bell peppers, sliced
1piecered onion, sliced
3tablespoonsolive oil
2teaspoonsground cumin
2teaspoonssmoked paprika
1teaspoonchili powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder

2pieceslimes, juiced
to tastefresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, red and yellow bell peppers, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice until well blended.
Pour the spice mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Toss everything together until the chicken and veggies are evenly coated.
Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture onto a large sheet pan in an even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred. Stir halfway through for even cooking.
Once cooked, remove the sheet pan from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Serve on warm tortillas and enjoy your fajitas with preferred toppings such as avocado, sour cream, and salsa.
