Instructions
Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the crockpot.
Pour the teriyaki sauce evenly over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
Add the pineapple chunks on top of the chicken and sauce mixture.
Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Once the cooking time is up, use a fork to shred the chicken right in the pot. Stir it well to combine with the sauce and pineapple.
Serve warm over steamed rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
