fresh spinach

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil to ensure a crispy base.
Spread an even layer of pesto over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, salt, pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese; mix well.
Evenly distribute the seasoned chicken across the flatbreads on top of the pesto.
Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and diced mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
Add a generous amount of fresh spinach on top of the ingredients.
Sprinkle the remaining grated Parmesan cheese over everything for added flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the flatbread edges are golden brown.
Once out of the oven, let them cool for a minute, then garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Slice into pieces and serve warm.
