Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large oven-safe skillet, add the chicken or vegetable broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir to combine.
Bring the broth mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Add the frozen dumplings carefully into the skillet, making sure they are mostly submerged in the broth.
Scatter the broccoli florets, shredded carrots, and edamame over the dumplings, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove the skillet from the oven and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the dish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and crunch.
