1
cup
marinara sauce
1.5
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
0.5
cup
cherry tomatoes, halved
0.5
cup
bell peppers, diced
0.25
cup
black olives, sliced
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1

1

fresh basil for garnish (optional)
1
tablespoon
olive oil for brushing
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the tortillas flat on the baking sheet. Brush a light layer of olive oil on each tortilla for extra crispiness.
Spread half of the marinara sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on each tortilla, ensuring an even distribution.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and sliced black olives on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the dried oregano and garlic powder evenly over the toppings for extra flavor.
Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of all toppings for a gooey finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortillas are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute. Slice into wedges and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
Garnish with fresh basil for added flavor.
