Ingredients

4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 tablespoon lime juice

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Start by preparing the mangoes. Make sure they are ripe for the best flavor and texture. Peel and dice the mangoes, then transfer them to a blender.

Add the coconut water, honey (or agave), lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.

Blend the mixture on high speed until you achieve a smooth consistency, ensuring there are no mango chunks left.

Once blended, taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or agave. Blend again if necessary.

Pour the mango mixture into a shallow dish or a bowl that can be covered.

Place the mixture in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until it starts to freeze around the edges.

After 2 hours, take the mixture out and use a fork to scrape and stir the sorbet. This helps to break up ice crystals.

Return the mixture to the freezer for another 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a smooth, sorbet-like consistency.

Once ready, scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and serve immediately.

                    Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 4 hrs 30 min | Servings: 4-6

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the mango sorbet in ice cream cones or elegant dessert bowls, garnished with mint leaves and thin lime slices for a vibrant and refreshing look.
