boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

heavy cream

unsalted butter

garam masala
to taste

Instructions
In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and sauté for about 6-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and starts to brown slightly.
Sprinkle the garam masala over the chicken, stirring well to coat all pieces evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the spices to bloom.
Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
Season with salt to taste, letting it simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes to thicken slightly.
Notes
Serve over cauliflower rice and garnish with cilantro and butter.
