Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Add the apple wedges to the bowl and toss them until fully coated in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
If using almond flour, sprinkle it over the apple wedges and gently mix again to incorporate.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Place the coated apple wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Air fry the apple wedges for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. They should be tender and slightly crispy on the outside.
Once cooked, let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving. You can sprinkle an extra pinch of coconut sugar or cinnamon on top for added flavor.

Serve with yogurt or honey for dipping and garnish with extra cinnamon.
