1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.

      Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

        Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts.

          Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown, and the cheese is bubbly.

            Once roasted, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
