100g unsalted butter, melted

1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk

2 large bananas, sliced

300ml heavy cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Make the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter. Mix until the biscuits are evenly moistened.

    Shape the Base: Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the base and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

      Prepare the Caramel: In a saucepan, over medium heat, cook the sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens into a caramel-like consistency. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

        Layer the Caramel: Once the biscuit crust has set, pour the caramel evenly over the base and spread it out with a spatula.

          Add the Bananas: Lay the sliced bananas evenly on top of the caramel, distributing them well for maximum flavor in every bite.
