2 pounds chicken wings

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Optional: Red pepper flakes for added spice

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

      Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This will help them get crispy.

        Toss the wings in the flour mixture until they are evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour.

          Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.

            Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

              While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic butter. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
