Instructions
Prepare Your Workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to set the dipped pretzels on.
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. This should take about 1-2 minutes total.
Dip the Pretzels: Holding one pretzel rod at each end, dip it into the melted chocolate, covering about 2/3 of the rod. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
Add Toppings: Roll the chocolate-dipped pretzel in the crushed nuts or colorful sprinkles, pressing gently to ensure they adhere. For an added touch, sprinkle a tiny bit of sea salt on top before the chocolate sets.
Set the Pretzels: Place the dipped pretzel on the prepared parchment paper. Repeat this process with the remaining pretzel rods.
Cool and Harden: Once all pretzels are dipped, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
