optionalsliced jalapeños, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes), making sure to drain any excess fat.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to incorporate the flavors and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the beef mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Toast the burger buns lightly on a separate skillet or griddle. Spoon generous portions of the cheesy ground beef mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
Add your desired toppings like jalapeños, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. Place the top bun over the filling to complete the melt.
Slice the melts in half for easier handling and serve immediately while the cheese is gooey and delicious!
Notes
