Instructions
In a blender, combine the sliced peaches and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, discarding the solids.
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar to the pitcher with the peach juice. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix until fully combined. Adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.
Add the fresh mint leaves to the pitcher, lightly muddling them with a spoon to release their flavors.
Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve the Beach Peach Lemonade over ice cubes in glasses, garnished with lemon slices and a sprig of mint.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
