Instructions
In a food processor, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
Blend the mixture until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary to ensure even blending.
Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more maple syrup. Blend again to mix.
Once the mousse is velvety and smooth, transfer it to serving bowls or ramekins.
Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up and the flavors to meld.
Serve the mousse cold, garnished with fresh berries and mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
