Instructions
In a blender, combine the frozen banana, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You might need to add more coconut milk if the mixture is too thick for your liking.
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl, using a spatula to get all of it out.
Carefully arrange your toppings on top of the smoothie. Start with a layer of granola, then sprinkle with coconut flakes, chia seeds, and add slices of kiwi and fresh berries for a colorful look.
Optional: Drizzle a little extra honey on top for added sweetness and a glossy finish.
