Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
On a floured surface, roll out the vegan pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving about an inch of space from the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded vegan mozzarella cheese uniformly over the sauce.
Evenly distribute the diced bell peppers, mushrooms, and sliced black olives on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the toppings.
Carefully roll the dough from the longer side into a tight log, ensuring the toppings don’t spill out.
Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces, placing them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops of the pizza rolls with olive oil to enhance browning.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Notes
Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
