Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add the corn kernels to the mixture, stirring well to incorporate.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced red bell pepper, and chopped green onions.
Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and lime juice, mixing until everything is evenly seasoned.
Gently fold in the chopped cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
