Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  2. In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until well mixed.
  3. Slowly fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Use a spatula to ensure it's combined without deflating the whipped cream.
  4. Once blended, gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, reserving some for the topping.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or airtight container, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the extra Oreo crumbles on top. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or a lid.
  7. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.

💡 Chef's Notes

For best results, let it freeze overnight.
