No-Churn Oreo Ice Cream Simple and Quick Treat
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
- In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until well mixed.
- Slowly fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Use a spatula to ensure it's combined without deflating the whipped cream.
- Once blended, gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, reserving some for the topping.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or airtight container, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the extra Oreo crumbles on top. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
