Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, halved cherry tomatoes, garlic powder, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese on top of the pasta mixture.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
