Easy Chicken Alfredo Bake Comforting Family Meal
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, halved cherry tomatoes, garlic powder, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese on top of the pasta mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
