Crockpot Creamy Ranch Chicken Flavorful Easy Meal
Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the frozen corn and diced bell peppers on top without stirring.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir everything in the crockpot until well combined.
- Add the sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese to the crockpot, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
