Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 2 sour cream
  • 1 2 mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 2 grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the minced garlic, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Transfer the dip to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or vegetable sticks. Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs.
