Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Crispy and Flavorful Snack
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 0.5 cup hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until a smooth batter forms.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated, and then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
- While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing the hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and immediately toss the florets in the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes to set the sauce.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
